*PRODUCTION: Prior to making your item, we will send a mock-up for your review and approval. Once sent, you have 12 hours to review, approve, and/or request changes. Items will not be made until the final proof is approved. In addition, once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits. If you want additional edits beyond the 2 edits, you will be charged a fee of $10 per edit. *If you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee of $5.00 per picture will be charged. Any additional fees will need to be paid prior to final production.

Due to lighting effect and computer color, the actual color may be slightly different from the picture.
The stoles are folded when shipped so if needed you may have to iron out creases on low heat if needed. Make sure you cover the design with a thin piece of material, i.e. pillowcase when you are pressing. Due to the sublimation printing process, some colors bleed onto the back of stole slightly. It will not be visible on the front.
** PROCESSING:
All items are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days. We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, due to the volume of orders and shipping delays, we suggest you order at least 21 business days in advance of your event.
